ALL REPAIRS ARE FREE

Every eligible repair under Second
Life by SENSE CARE™ is provided free of charge.

Whether it's a loose stitch, minor
seam separation, or another repairable issue, our team will restore your
garment whenever possible—because we believe quality should last.

WHAT WE CAN REPAIR

Our team may be able to repair:

  • Loose stitching or seams
  • Minor seam separation
  • Elastic adjustments or replacement (where possible)
  • Small manufacturing-related issues
  • Other repairable issues, subject to assessment

Each repair request is individually
reviewed to ensure the best possible outcome.

ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for Second Life by SENSE
CARE™:

  • Your item must be an authentic Sense Activewear product.
  • The garment must be clean and freshly washed before being sent to us.
  • The damage must be repairable.
  • Repairs are subject to inspection and approval.

Items with severe damage beyond repair
may not qualify.

SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for shipping
their item to Sense Activewear.

To help reduce costs and environmental
impact:

  • If you place a new order while your repair is being completed, we'll
    gladly include your repaired item in the same shipment at no additional return
    shipping cost.
  • If there is no outgoing order, return shipping will be charged at our
    standard shipping rate.
